For Patients & Families

If you are looking for clinical care for yourself or your child, I consult through The Hills Physio, where our team provides specialised physiotherapy for pelvic health, continence and paediatric conditions.

Appointments are available both face-to-face in Sydney and online via telehealth.

I speak at conferences, health events and professional gatherings on topics related to pelvic health, continence and women’s health across the lifespan.

My presentations combine clinical insight, practical strategies and real-world experience from both public health and private practice.

About My Work

I am a physiotherapist, educator and clinic owner with over 14 years of clinical experience in pelvic health and continence.

My work explores pelvic health across the female lifespan from childhood bladder and bowel health through adolescence and into adulthood.

Through clinical practice, teaching and podcasting, I aim to bring clearer, more informed conversations to an area of health that is often misunderstood or overlooked.
